OUR COMPANY -
TIMM commenced operation in January 2003 as the logical extension of the
consultancy-based work of Adam Patrech. Drawing on a diverse background encompassing
Physiology, Psychology, Statistics & Research Methodology, Human Resource
Management, Marketing and Law, Adam decided
to build a niche for his individual approach to business and search for markets by
creating a business structure that complemented the extant Service Providers in the
mid-North Coast, providing a holistic approach to Injury Management and
Mediation.
TIMM has been an accredited Rehabilitation Provider with WorkCover NSW (Provider No 495) since April 2005. The cornerstone of the TIMM approach is a service delivery model that is genuinely based upon the principles of: - early intervention; - creative solution-focussed problem solving; - flexibility of service delivery for case managers and customers alike; - early adoption and integration of Information Technology into everyday practices; - ongoing dynamic relationship building between all stakeholders; and - low-volume caseloads with greater ability to allocate resources in a timely fashion when unexpected problems or situations arise that need urgent and concentrated attention. |

OUR AIMS - TIMM also aims to complement extant Service Providers by providing an external consultancy-based referral alternative for these providers. This service would be particularly useful when caseloads are high, during staff turnover downtime or when particularly difficult or complex case management in line with the skillset of TIMM staff is required. Having worked for each of these Service Providers in the past and adopting a proactive policy of maintaining contact and building mutually beneficial relations, Adam Patrech continues to operate in a mode that is complementary and value-adding to the process of gaining and maintaining viable and sustainable employment solutions for ill, injured and disabled clients in the Mid-North Coast. |
